I had a small issue with the reverse cameras not working correctly, this was identified when I bought the car, however this was resolved and Zak arranged to have new cameras installed. “I bought a fantastic looking Audi A5 auto black edition TFSI Quattro from the Car Vault & on the day I was due to pick it up they rang to tell me there was a problem with the car slightly mis-firing? & I could either take it &, if it did it again bring it back under warranty or they could have it looked at so I asked them to deal with it. This is where, for me, the Car Vault came into there own. They sent it to 3 different Audi specialists over a period of 7 weeks & at considerable expense to themselves before the fault was resolved (it was the electromagnets in the cam). All the while Adam, Mo or Kay kept me informed & gave me the details of the garages so I could speak directly to them, which I found to be refreshingly honest. Because I loved the car I waited & because of this they extended my MOT to 12 months, gave me 12 months warranty, 6 months breakdown cover & delivered the car to my home. I really cannot speak too highly of the service they gave, even after there was no money in the car for them they kept to their promises of repairing it & giving me the car in top condition. I've had the car for 2 months now & can honestly say it's superb. So thank you Car Vault & thank you Adam, Mo & Kay you are at the top of the pile where car sales are concerned & I can't recommend you highly enough.”
