The car went in for a comprehensive inspection and 12 month MOT before I purchased, and even though the car passed they still put new front discs, pads and rear pads on as a precaution because they wanted me to have peace of mind. Had a great chat, I was given plenty of time to have decent look around the car and it's been on a few long distance drives since and it's a really stellar example. “recommend the car vault as I’ve cone away a very happy customer as the car is awesome.From my initial enquiry through Autotrader I got a text very quickly from a Mo at car vault who then send photos and description to my WhatsApp about the car and he answered any questions or query’s straight away and got the sense from the off he was honest and very professional,From that I really wanted the car but I had a part exchange,a cash deposit and the rest finance so thought I’d be a pain customer but not at all Mo organised everything his end and got me a monthly payment I was happy with so agreed to travel from barrow to Oldham on this trust and when I arrived I wasn’t disappointed at all,the car was sitting outside the showroom looking immaculate inside and out and was greeted by Mo and after a quick meet and greet I was off out in the car for a quick spin and I was blown away as it was more than I could of wished for and the cleaning detail they did made it look brand new.So after then going back in to finalise the paperwork Mo made that part relaxed and very straight forward so I was off on the road very quickly in my new car.What I found with Mo is that he wasn’t a pushy salesman but very honest,relaxed but very professional throughout and basically I would say that for me personally helped seal the deal and get me to buy this new car so I couldn’t fault my experience at car vault and a pleasure to have met and dealt with Mo so would highly recommend”
